Life Between Lives Hypnotherapy

You may come to Life Between Lives work with a question that feels larger than a particular event or past-life experience.

What am I here to understand? Why does a particular theme feel so persistent? What comes next when one part of life feels complete but the next has not become clear?

Life Between Lives hypnotherapy offers a structured way to explore those questions through an extended hypnotic session. What emerges can be understood spiritually, symbolically, psychologically, or through your own existing worldview.

What Life Between Lives Is, and How It Differs from Past Life Regression

Past Life Regression explores a specific past-life narrative and its relationship to the present. Life Between Lives moves beyond the individual narrative into what the Life Between Lives framework describes as the interlife state: the territory between incarnations and the questions you may bring to it concerning purpose, direction, relationships, and continuity.

In this approach, Life Between Lives work usually follows prior experience with past-life regression. The session uses a longer, sustained hypnotic process and moves beyond exploration of a single past-life narrative into the territory traditionally described as the interlife state.

Both are part of the broader territory of Transpersonal Hypnotherapy available at this practice. They are different tools for different questions.

This Is Not a Reading

Life between lives hypnosis is not a psychic reading, an intuitive session, an Akashic Records reading, or a channel transmission. Lin does not receive information and relay it to you. That is a different kind of service and not what is offered here.

In a Life Between Lives hypnotherapy session, you enter the experience yourself. The state is hypnotic: guided, structured, and internally experienced. Lin holds the structure, asks questions, and conducts the inquiry without supplying the content. The experience and its meaning remain yours to interpret.

The practitioner holds the structure. The client retains authority over the experience and its meaning.

The practitioner does not act as an intermediary between you and a spiritual authority. The work is experiential: you encounter the material directly and remain able to speak, question, pause, and respond throughout.

What You May Come to Explore

You may come with a question about direction or purpose. You may be standing at the end of a significant chapter: a career ending, a company sold, an achievement completed, a relationship changing, or a period when much of what once organized your life no longer does.

You may also come to this after past-life regression raised a question that felt larger than the particular life you explored. A relationship may carry unusual significance. A recurring theme may feel connected to calling, responsibility, money, visibility, or the work you are here to do.

These questions are explored through what you experience during the session. The session does not predict an outcome, tell you which decision to make, or replace your judgment. It may give you access to material that changes what you can see before you decide what comes next.

How the Session Works

Life Between Lives hypnotherapy sessions follow a four-phase structure. The session begins with preparation: clarifying your central question or area of inquiry, reviewing what prior regression work has opened, and establishing the intention for the session.

The guided entry follows. In this approach, the longer hypnotic process moves through a past-life experience and beyond that narrative into the territory traditionally described as the interlife state. This passage takes time and cannot be rushed.

The exploration phase is where inquiry occurs. Lin guides the investigation of what you encounter in the interlife state: what is present, what can be examined, and what questions can be asked. What emerges can vary considerably from one session to another.

The session closes with integration: returning fully, reviewing what emerged, and examining how the material connects to your present circumstances and central question. Integration is part of the session rather than something left for you to manage alone afterward.

Spiritual hypnosis and hypnotherapy for spiritual regression are other terms sometimes used for this work, though the session here is conducted as structured hypnotherapy rather than as a spiritual service. For more on how the hypnotherapeutic approach operates, see how the method works.

Belief, Faith, and Interpretation

Life between lives hypnotherapy does not require you to hold any particular belief about reincarnation, souls, an afterlife, or the nature of consciousness. The session does not impose a framework. What you encounter in the interlife state can be understood literally, symbolically, as subconscious material, or in terms of your own existing worldview.

Lin does not decide which interpretation is correct. That determination belongs to you. Some clients understand the experience as direct access to spiritual reality. Others understand it as meaningful subconscious content. The work does not require consensus on this, and Lin does not advocate for a particular metaphysical position.

No religious framework is imposed. You do not need to adopt a particular spiritual or religious belief in order to participate in the session. What the experience means remains yours to determine.

Experience Behind the Work

Lin Shlonsky is a Board Certified Master Hypnotherapist and Master Teacher with 17 years in private practice. She has been a Certified Past Life Regression Practitioner since 2013.

More than a decade ago, Lin experienced a Life Between Lives session with Paul Aurand, former President and Director of Education for the Michael Newton Institute. The experience became an important turning point in her work and helped lead her toward professional training in past-life regression.

Since then, she has facilitated Life Between Lives sessions many times as a natural progression of regression and transpersonal work with her clients. Her transpersonal background also includes Soul Realignment training in working with Akashic Records.

You do not need to decide whether Life Between Lives is right for you before speaking with Lin.

If you have a question you want to explore, or previous regression work has left you curious about what comes next, the consultation gives you a place to discuss it.

During the consultation, you and Lin can consider what is bringing you to the work, your previous experience with hypnosis or regression, and whether a Life Between Lives session is an appropriate next step.
