Past Life Regression · Cornelius, NC & Online
Not to your partner. Not to the friend you tell everything. There is something you have been carrying that does not have a story attached to it — a grief with no death behind it, a fear that does not match anything that has ever happened to you, a certainty about a place you have never been. You have turned it over on your own for years, in the car, in the few minutes after everyone else is asleep. You have not mentioned it because there has never been anywhere sensible to put it.
You have probably already done the work that is supposed to reach this. Therapy that helped with a great deal, just not with this. The reading, the retreat, the practice you kept up faithfully for a year. None of it wrong. None of it reaching the particular thing that keeps coming back, in the same shape, at the same hour.
That is not a failing on your part. It usually means what you are carrying does not trace to anything inside this lifetime, so a method built to work inside this lifetime was never going to find it, however carefully you worked. You are not behind. You have been looking in the wrong place, for reasons that were perfectly sensible at the time.
Nothing here asks you to believe anything before you begin, or to arrive at any particular conclusion by the end. What comes up is yours to understand however you understand it, in your own time.
People do not usually arrive here from a search. They arrive because something has gone unexplained for long enough that they have stopped expecting an explanation.
Maybe it is a reaction that arrives in your own kitchen, at a particular hour, before you have noticed anything that should have set it off. Maybe it is a pull toward a person, or a place, or a period, that you have given up trying to talk yourself out of. Maybe it is a fear you have never explained to the person closest to you, not because you are hiding it, but because you have no language for it yourself yet.
Or something opened and did not close. A ketamine session, ayahuasca, psilocybin, a retreat that went further than you expected. Material surfaced with the texture of another life, the experience ended, and the material stayed — still present months later, still unresolved, with nowhere to go.
Or nothing is wrong at all. The marriage holds. The children are doing well by any honest account. The work means something. And underneath it sits a question about what any of this was actually for that none of it has answered. Some people arrive with nothing more specific than a pull they cannot account for. That is a perfectly good reason, and often the most accurate signal of what a session will find.
Two to two and a half hours, in one sitting. Not a consultation with a regression bolted onto the end — the whole arc happens in the appointment, with time reserved at both ends so you are neither rushed into it nor turned out of it.
We start with what brought you, and with your questions — including the ones you feel slightly foolish asking. We establish a focus without deciding in advance what has to appear. Nothing is scripted and nothing is expected of you.
You are guided in gradually. Images, sensations, emotion, or a plain sense of recognition may come. We follow what arrives rather than steering it toward a story. You stay able to speak throughout, describing it as it happens.
This is the part most descriptions leave out, and the part that matters. We do not stop at looking. We work with the unfinished moment, the emotion still attached to it, and bring it to somewhere that actually completes.
Time to come fully back, talk through what happened, and connect it to the thing that brought you. You are not sent off to make sense of it alone in the car afterward.
A written summary follows afterward, so none of it rests on what you happen to remember correctly three weeks later, on a Thursday, in the middle of everything else.
I hold the structure.
You keep authority
over what it means.
You do not go under and come back with a report. You are present the whole time — able to talk, to describe what is happening while it is happening, to ask me something, to pause, or to stop altogether. Most people are surprised by how awake they are, and by how little it resembles what they had braced for.
What tends to catch people is the ordinariness of the detail. Not the sweeping parts — the incidental ones. The weight of something in a hand. What the light was doing. Something about a room you did not decide on and would not have thought to invent.
That is worth saying plainly and worth not overstating. It is what people commonly report. It is not evidence of anything, and I am not going to present it as though it were.
Almost everyone arrives with this question and most do not ask it out loud. Whether you will simply make it up. Whether your imagination will hand you something that feels significant and means nothing. It is exactly the right question, and it deserves a straight answer rather than reassurance.
Here is the honest version. What surfaces under hypnosis cannot be verified as historically accurate — not in this work and not in anyone's. Hypnosis also makes people more suggestible, which is precisely why I will not hand you a narrative, will not fill a gap with something that rounds the story off nicely, and will not tell you which parts to take literally.
So whether what you see is a literal past life, or something symbolic your mind assembled to carry a truth it could not hold any other way, or something that refuses both of those descriptions — that stays yours. I will not settle it for you in the room, and it does not need settling for the work to do anything.
What can be checked is whether something moves. Whether the reaction you have been working around for years stops arriving. Whether the grief with no source in it loosens. That is a harder test than whether an image felt true at the time, and it is the one this is actually measured by. Belief is not a requirement. Some of the people who get the most from a session walk in expecting nothing.
Sessions are in person by appointment in Cornelius — serving Charlotte, Lake Norman and the surrounding area — or privately by Zoom from wherever you are. The depth is the same either way.
What changes is that there is no office to be seen walking into, no waiting room, and no appointment that has to be explained to anyone. For a question this personal, in a town where people know each other, that is not a small thing. You do not have to turn a private curiosity into a declaration you then have to defend at dinner.
Practically: two to two and a half hours, a written summary afterward, and preparation notes sent before the appointment so you know what to expect. If online is what makes it possible to do this at all — without arranging childcare, moving a school pickup, or accounting for a two-hour absence — that is a perfectly good reason to choose it.
This is the one part of the practice you can enter as a single session, with no longer commitment behind it. One appointment moves through the whole arc and produces complete work in that time. That is not a shortened version of something better. For most people it is the whole of it.
If you are already working with me on something else, this often arrives without being planned. A session aimed at something in this lifetime reaches a point where the material simply moves, and we follow it. You do not need to have decided on that in advance.
If what you are carrying does trace back to something that actually happened to you, age regression hypnotherapy is the more useful direction. It is a related practice working at a different depth, not a lesser version of this.
Life Between Lives is a separate, longer session for questions about continuity and what a relationship or a season of your life was actually organised around.
Transpersonal hypnotherapy sets out the three depths this work moves through, and which one a given question belongs to.
Past life regression in Charlotte, NC covers the practical side — timing, format, and what to consider before booking.
Past life regression is not the right starting point for every person or every question. Sometimes the material does not open, and that is worth respecting rather than pushing past.
If you are carrying significant unresolved trauma from this lifetime, the deeper material will not open yet, and that is the system doing its job rather than failing at it. It will not move to this level while the present one is not steady enough to hold what it finds. If this-lifetime work comes first, that is simply the order, and this becomes available once you are ready for it.
This work is for people with the stability to engage identity-level material. It is not appropriate during active clinical crisis, with untreated severe psychiatric conditions, or with active addiction that has not been stabilised first. If that is where you are, this is not the right starting point, and I will say so in the consultation rather than take a booking.
Send a private note describing what you are carrying, in your own words. Nothing about sending it obliges you to book anything.
The consultation is a 30-minute conversation. We talk about what you want to explore, what you have already tried, and whether a past life regression session fits the question you are bringing. There is no pressure in either direction.
Before anything is scheduled, we talk first. That is the whole of the commitment at this stage.
Request a Consultation → See how the work is structuredYou are not asked to believe anything beforehand, or to have reached a conclusion by the end. What is asked is a willingness to find out what is actually there, with someone who will not decide in advance what it ought to be. Most people arrive with a pull they cannot explain and no vocabulary for it. That is an ordinary way to begin, and it is enough. See how the method works if you want the mechanism first.
