Ways to Work
Private Hypnotherapy
The scope of the problem determines the container.
We begin by understanding what is happening, where it shows up, and what you want to be different. Lin establishes the scope through assessment and identifies the container the work requires.
A clear beginning, without pressure to decide everything at once.
Step 01
Consultation request
You share what has been happening and what you hope to change. Your information is reviewed privately before a conversation is scheduled.
Step 02
Clarity Call / Complimentary Consultation
A complimentary 30-minute conversation by phone or Zoom to clarify what is happening, answer your questions, and determine whether working together makes sense. There is no obligation to proceed.
Step 03
Assessment Session
A structured 60–90 minute working session maps the pattern, its triggers, its purpose, and the conditions that keep it active. It provides the foundation for a personalized recommendation.
Step 04
Recommendation
Lin identifies the appropriate container based on the assessed scope and explains the schedule, duration, and investment. You decide whether to proceed with the work. Where appropriate, we may agree to start with a smaller container before moving into a larger one.
You can begin with an assessment or a smaller container before continuing into more extensive work, as agreed during the Clarity Call. When that earlier work is included in the larger container, completed sessions count toward its total and payments already made are credited toward its investment.
Your investment includes more than the sessions themselves. It also covers the preparation, review, and supporting materials specified in your offer. Before you begin, you will know what is included, what participation involves, and how contact between sessions will work.

Work & Integration
Each container has a defined structure and time frame. The difference is not how serious or successful you are; it is whether the pattern is limited to one concern, repeated across several areas, embedded in relationships, or overriding conscious choice.
Container 01
For one clearly defined concern: a recurring reaction, decision, performance demand, transition, or behavior operating within a limited part of life.
The work remains focused on that issue and does not extend beyond what the situation requires.
Container structure
1 assessment session (60–90 min)
2 hypnotherapy sessions
Duration: 3 weeks
Opening Cadence
Week 1: assessment session. Week 2: first hypnotherapy session. Week 3: second hypnotherapy session.
Close
At the end of week three, we review what has changed and discuss another step only if it is genuinely warranted.
The aim is greater ease, choice, and steadiness in the situation that previously activated the response.
Container 02
For a pattern that follows you into more than one area, such as work, important decisions, family life, relationships, self-trust, or a new stage of life.
Hypnotherapy and integration sessions address the underlying strategy while supporting a different response in everyday life.
Container structure
1 assessment session (60–90 min)
6 hypnotherapy sessions
4 integration sessions
Duration: 2.5–4 months
Opening Cadence
Week 1: assessment. Week 2: first hypnotherapy session. Week 3: second hypnotherapy session. After the opening phase, sessions may move to a biweekly rhythm with integration sessions in between, depending on the pace of the work.
Close
Progress is reviewed throughout, and the pace can adjust as the changes become established in daily life.
The aim is to keep one familiar reaction from shaping several parts of your life.
Container 03
For a familiar loss of voice, trust, stability, or self that repeats across marriage, family, friendship, or professional relationships.
The longer time frame allows new responses to be practiced and stabilized within the relationships where the old pattern has mattered most.
Container structure
1 assessment session (60–90 min)
10 hypnotherapy sessions
6 integration sessions
Duration: 4–8 months
Opening Cadence
Week 1: assessment. Week 2: first hypnotherapy session. Week 3: second hypnotherapy session. As the work progresses, sessions spread to longer intervals — the spacing is always personal, determined by how the changes are integrating in daily life.
Close
Progress is reviewed throughout, with spacing based on how the changes are taking hold in your actual relationships.
The aim is to remain grounded in who you are when an important relationship becomes difficult.
Container 04
For a behavior or reaction that repeatedly takes over before deliberate choice feels available, despite insight, effort, and a clear wish to stop.
The longer time frame allows the underlying pattern to be addressed and a different response to become dependable under the conditions that once activated it.
Container structure
1 assessment session (60–90 min)
14 hypnotherapy sessions
8 integration sessions
Duration: 6–8 months
Opening Cadence
Week 1: assessment. Week 2: first hypnotherapy session. Week 3: second hypnotherapy session. Sessions continue through the compulsive pattern phase with integration sessions supporting stabilization between them.
Close
The cadence is reviewed as the response becomes less automatic and the change becomes more stable in daily life.
The aim is to restore meaningful choice where the pattern once moved faster than conscious intention.
This work is designed for adults who are stable enough to reflect, participate consistently, and apply what emerges between sessions. When immediate crisis support, psychiatric stabilization, or active-addiction treatment is the primary need, specialized care should come first. The consultation can help clarify fit privately and without judgment.
