Private sessions via Zoom

Online Hypnotherapy

Meet with me from the comfort of your own home, without travelling to an office.

The same work, conducted online

Your session takes place live over Zoom. You receive the same individual attention and guidance as you would sitting in my office.

I listen to what you describe and respond to what you notice as we work. You can speak, ask questions, tell me something does not fit, or request a pause throughout.

Research on video-delivered hypnotherapy. The linked study examined gut-focused hypnotherapy delivered by video for people with IBS. Its findings concern that specific application, not identical outcomes for every person or concern.

Joining from another location

You can join from home or another private place with a reliable internet connection. Inquiries are welcome from anywhere in the world. Let me know your country and time zone so we can confirm arrangements before booking.

When the appointment ends, you can allow yourself a little time before returning to the rest of your day, without an immediate drive home.

How to prepare for your virtual session

Download and check Zoom

Have Zoom installed on the device you will use. Open it before your appointment and check that your camera and microphone are working.

Charge your device

Fully charge your laptop, tablet, or phone. Keep the charger connected or within reach so a low battery does not interrupt the session.

Test your earphones and microphone

Make sure you can hear clearly and that your microphone picks up your voice. If you use wireless earphones, charge those too.

Check your internet connection

Use a location with a stable connection. If video calls frequently drop there, arrange another setting before your appointment.

Settle your device and yourself

Choose a comfortable, supported position. Place the device securely so I can see you without you needing to hold it. Have the session link ready.

Keep the appointment uninterrupted

Set aside the full session time. Silence notifications and let anyone sharing your space know you should not be disturbed. Never join while driving.

Privacy means being able to speak freely

Choose a room where you can speak without being overheard. Earphones help keep my voice private, but they do not prevent someone nearby from hearing yours.

If privacy is difficult to arrange at home, discuss another location with me before the session.

A written summary

After your session, you receive a written summary of the work.

Your summary helps you revisit important observations, recognize changes, and keep track of your progress.

Ask about meeting online

Tell me what you would like to work on and ask any questions you have about meeting online. The consultation is an opportunity to discuss whether this work is appropriate for you and what starting would involve.
